BIO

Dr V Padmaja is associated with Ramaiah Institute of Management as Professor of OB-HR and currently heads the Centre for Leadership, Corporate Training & Consultancy. Her 29 yrs+ of work experience includes about 11 yrs. in the corporate and 18 yrs in Higher Education, teaching various courses including Leadership and other HR courses. She is passionate about training and has conducted numerous training programs for mid-level and senior management in the areas of leadership, emotional intelligence and other life skills. She is actively involved in various industry-academic events and also contributing towards Training, Research and Consulting. She has conducted and been invited as a resource person from various private and Govt. organizations, various B-Schools & Higher Educational Institutions, and leading NGOs. She has chaired track sessions in various international and national conferences and is often invited as a panellist for panel discussions at various forums. She is a regular invited jury member of Karnataka Startup Cell, Dept. of Electronics, IT & BT, Government of Karnataka to evaluate start-ups, and also a regular jury member for the flagship event MANTHAN (for evaluation of business plans), conducted by FKCCI, Karnataka. She is a Certified PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) trainer by Thomas Assessments. Currently she is the reviewer of three Emerald Journals. In her personal capacity, she is associated with voluntary activities at the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation.
