NBA ACCREDITED, MBA EQUIVALENT – TWO YEAR FULL-TIME PGDM PROGRAM

The Institute offers the Two Year Full-time PGDM- Post Graduate Diploma in Management

  • Approved by the AICTE – All India Council for Technical Education.
  • The Program is accredited by NBA- National Board of Accreditation a Government of India body under the aegis of AICTE and has also been accorded equivalence to MBA by the AIU – Association of Indian Universities.
  • The program not only has due patronage and recognition from the industry but also provides opportunities for candidates to pursue higher education such as Ph.D. programs in Indian Universities.
  • AICTE has accorded permission to the PGDM institutions to admit the students on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination.

  • Any Graduate from recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST) in the Qualifying Examination.
  • 10th and 12th Marks sheets
  • Minimum Aggregate of 50% marks in any graduation
  • CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT / ATMA and other Examination Score Card(In case completed)
  • Valid ID Proof (AADHAR CARD / PAN CARD / DL / PASSPORT / COLLEGE ID CARD / VOTERS ID etc.)
  • Two passport size recent photographs

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates).
  • Candidates pursuing their final year under graduation may also apply. However, they should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course until then.
  • They should be completing all their degree examinations before June 2025. Such candidates are required to produce proof of passing the Degree examination with the minimum required marks of 50%, latest by 30th September 2025.
  • Applicants who have un-cleared backlog papers in graduation are not eligible to apply.
  • CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT / ATMA and other Examination Score Card
  • Copies of the below certificates should be uploaded at the time of online submission of the application form:

The Institution has been subscribing to MAT bulletin conducted by AIMA. It is desirable to subscribe to MAT conducted four times a year. In addition to MAT, the institute will accept all the entrance tests listed below:

  • Admission Process:

The Institute has been successfully using both the Online and offline admission process. The online process is carried out using the Upswing CRM application.  Candidates go through three levels in the selection process. Which involves

The complete course fee for PGDM is Rs. 10,00,000/- and Rs. 1000/- is the application fee

The course fee for PGDM – Entrepreneurship (IEV) is Rs. 6,00,000/- and Rs. 1000/- is the application fee

  • Scholarships:

The top scorer in under graduation, MAT or equivalent examination and the selection process together Merit-based scholarship of 10% of the fee waiver in the payment of first installment fee and sustaining and improved performance across the semester will get 10% waiver in each of the semester fees is considered for the following students:

  • Students belonging to SC/ST & OBC
  • Students whose parental income is less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum
  • Students from Karnataka who are from rural areas
  • Specially abled
  • Students whose parents are serving the defence
  • Students who have achieved excellence in Sports, Cultural etc
  • Single Girl child

This benefit will be extended to all the streams

  • Fee Refund Policy:

The refund of fees withdrawal may be permitted for up to 4 weeks only, thereafter whoever withdraws for whatever reason will not be entitled to any refund, for the reason that the admission will have to be closed. The key features are:

  • The duration of four weeks is determined from the date of the commencement of the course and not from the date of admission though, it could be a late admission case.
  • If the student has received the book kits, uniforms, and ID cards the corresponding cost shall be deducted from the refund being given.

The aforesaid points shall be conveyed to students at the time of admission:

After the 3rd week up to 4th week, after the commencement of the course 15% of the Registration fee and 1st semester fee / term fee
After the 4th week up to 5th week, after the commencement of the course 20% of the Registration fee and 1st semester fee / term fee
Beyond 5th week No Refund

REGISTRATION FEE:

Rs.5,000 will be deducted as cost towards registration in case of candidates withdraw admission on eligibility grounds

TUITION FEE:
  1. Candidate withdraws the admission before the commencement of the class, Rs. 5,000 will be deducted.
  2. Time slots for the rest of the cancellation period is mentioned in the table above
Processing Time:
Refund applications will be accepted within 15 days from the commencement of the batch of the corresponding academic year Refund initiation: 15 days from the end date of receiving refund applications of the corresponding academic year
