Professor Ribhu has worked is working as a Assistant Professor in Operations Management and also working in Ramaiah Institute of Management. He has also handled profile of Controller of Examinations and Assistant professor at GIBS Business School Bengaluru, in Operations/Supply Chain Management and Statistics. He has also served in Amity University in the school of Management for 6 years in the same domain.
He is a PhD aspirant in the domain of Operations Management. He has also completed his M. Tech in Manufacturing process and systems from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and pursued my B.E from Sathyabama University in Chennai. He has taken subjects like Operation Research, Operations Management, Business Research Methods, Business Statistics, Business Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Material Management, Production planning and control and fundamentals of Management. He has 11 years of teaching experience in the field of management and 1 year of industrial experience(IT Industry).
An accomplished academician with strong industry exposure, he currently serves as an Senior Assistant Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Sathyabama University and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Processes and Systems from KIIT University. He is presently pursuing his Ph.D. in Operations from Symbiosis International University, as part of an international collaboration along with IIT Kharagpur, focused on sustainable transitions in MSMEs.
