Anand .V has around 17 years of experience in software industry and academia. He worked for Comsat RSI (USA), Hughes Network Systems (USA), ACS Incorporated (USA) and Oracle India Private Limited (Bengaluru). He taught at CVR College of Engineering, Hyderabad. His teaching interests are business analytics and data science. His research interests are the development of analytics approaches, methods and metrics used in business domains.

V. Anand has around 17 years of experience in software industry and academia. He worked for Comsat RSI (USA), Hughes Network Systems (USA), ACS Incorporated (USA) and Oracle India Private Limited (Bengaluru). He taught at CVR College of Engineering, Hyderabad. His teaching interests are business analytics and data science. His research interests are the development of analytics approaches, methods and metrics used in business domains.

He received Ph.D. in management studies from University of Hyderabad and MBA from University of Maryland, College Park, USA. He has publications in ABDC and ABS journals. He also has several IEEE conference papers indexed by Scopus. He qualified in the UGC-NET in Management in 2022. He attended various FDPs conducted by IIM-B, NIT-K, BITS Pilani and IIIT-H. He is an executive alumnus of IIM-K.

He is reviewer for Journal of Business Analytics and Review of Marketing Science journals.
