Dr. Sadaf Anwar is an Associate Professor in the area of Finance with more than 11 years of experience, including both academia and industry. She completed her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi) and has been honoured with the UGC-NET JRF fellowship. Her diverse range of experience spans from teaching in academic institutions to working with the Ministry of Finance, where she monitored contextual issues of financial stability, including those deliberated in international forums such as the IMF, World Bank, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Financial Stability Board (FSB), Bank for International Settlements (BIS), International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS), European Central Bank (ECB), and others. She also worked on COVID-19-related policy monitoring and followed up on COVID-19 policy measures being discussed at national and international forums, as well as matters related to the RBI Board and presentations/materials for other international delegations. Her work is recognized in monographs, journals, and book chapters of national and international repute, including Elsevier, Springer, Sage, Inderscience, ICWAI, UGC, NIBM, and SRCC. She has presented papers at international and national conferences at IISE London, IIT Bombay, IIM Bangalore, Symbiosis International University, Pune, and NISM, Bombay. She teaches courses in the areas of Financial Management, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Financial Institutions, and Corporate Valuation.
