Mr. Niranjan M S heads the Industry Institute Interaction Cell at Ramaiah Institute of Management (RIM). Niranjan with over 3 decades career and has worked in cross functional domains in Multinational organisations, has led Industry Associations and was a co-founder of a start-up that worked on Video on Demand - Massive Open Online Course concept in the EdTech space in his entrepreneurial stint.
Prior to joining RIM, Niranjan was heading the secretariat of Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Led the Product Development and Growth of Engraph an IoT based Energy management product at X10X Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Played a pivotal role in establishing India’s first Center of Excellence – Internet of Things (CoE-IoT) along with Government, Academia, Industry and Innovators on public-private partnership model to harness and promote the innovative solutions of India’s IoT Start-ups to garner global IoT share at NASSCOM a premier Trade body representing IT and ITeS sectors in India.
At RIM, Niranjan responsibilities include strategizing for bridging the gap between Industry and Academia to collaborate, build and strengthening the engagement for the benefit of entities involved and for society at large.
