Dr. P. Bhanumathi is an accomplished academician with over 20 years of teaching experience and 8 years of dedicated research expertise. She has been the Controller of Examinations at Ramaiah Institute of Management since October 2024 and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resource Management (HR). Before this role, she was the Head of Academics from June 2023 to October 2024 and the Academic Coordinator for the PGDM-AICTE program since June 2016.
Dr. Bhanumathi holds a Ph.D. in Knowledge Management from the University of Mysore. Her thesis focused on identifying knowledge management enablers and processes in select SMEs around Bangalore. Her work proposed a practical model to enhance organizational performance. She is also a Ph.D. guide at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences.
Her research interests include digital transformation, AI in HRM, sustainable HR practices, inclusive leadership, and stress management strategies.
