• About The Faculty Sunil’s objective to be an effective enabler, researcher, consultant, and trainer in the areas of Positive Leadership, Organizational Behaviour, women entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management, by actively tackling challenges that promote growth and development for individuals, organizations, and communities. As a passionate researcher and educator, he has been teaching at business schools postgraduate courses to full-time students, working professionals, and PhD scholars. His areas of interest include Leadership Studies, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic HRM, Entrepreneurship, International HRM, and HRM, with a particular focus on Trust, Empowerment, Work Engagement, Organizational Development and women entrepreneurship. His teaching pedagogy is centred around experiential learning, blending theoretical concepts, practical application, research integration, and real-world experience. His vast corporate and research background highlights his versatility and adaptability. As a researcher, he has made significant academic contributions by publishing research papers in peer-reviewed international and national journals, presenting at international conferences, doctoral consortiums, and national events, and receiving several best paper awards. He was also invited by two leading IT organisations to study and report on Positive Leadership. He is also serving on the editorial board and peer review team for a renowned journal. Additionally, he is a resource person for various training programs (MDP and FDP), Transitioning from corporate organizations into academics, he has held leadership positions managing Strategic HRM, Organizational Behavior, and Talent Management and Development. His career spans various sectors, including IT/ITES, Retail, Services, and Manufacturing, across large, medium, and start-up companies. As an HR thought leader, he provided strategic and tactical HRM advice, aligning business practices with people to drive performance. He has been involved in designing, developing, and implementing HR policies, driving employee engagement strategies, performance management, competency mapping, organizational change initiatives, and learning and development. Additionally, he mentors and coaches’ young professionals in leadership development and HRM.

About The Faculty

A passionate teacher, researcher, and administrator with over two decades of experience in both academia and the corporate world. He has taught management programs to regular MBA scholars, working professionals, and PhD scholars. With a focus on leadership, flourishing, and entrepreneurship, he has published research papers in peer-reviewed international and national journals, presenting at international conferences and winning best paper awards. In the corporate, he has worked in diverse sectors, contributing to HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
