Bikash is a distinguished Marketing expert with over two decades of experience in postgraduate teaching, corporate training, and research. His area of interests are marketing analytics, tourism studies, elderly health, consumer behaviour, controversial advertisement, and service quality standards. He is also a post doc and visiting fellow to University of Macau, China. Bikash had worked in Hospitality and Management consulting industries in domains such as market research, branding and behavioural training. As a Professor and Head – Research and Development at M S Ramaiah Institute of Management in India, Bikash has also held various positions at Kirloskar Institute of Management, CMS Business School, Jain University, AIMS etc. Bikash's contributions to academia are impressive, having published over 25 articles in national and international journals and book chapters. He has an h-index of 10 and an i10 index of 10 and has won numerous best paper awards at international conferences. Bikash's facilitation process is based on research, collaborative learning, videos, case studies, and explicit teaching. His extensive experience in international relations and research speaks to his versatility and adaptability. His area of interest includes Marketing Analytics, Medical tourism, SDGs, Dark Tourism, Service Quality etc. Bikash is a MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, USA and a Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. He is also in the editorial board for Young Consumers (Emerald, ABDC B and Q1). Bikash is also visiting professor to Clermont school of business (France), Sohar University (Oman), University of Macau (Macau) and EM Normandie (France).
