Evaluation Process
The evaluation process follows a continuous and comprehensive approach. Student performance is assessed through Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation conducted throughout the trimester/semester, which includes assignments, quizzes, case analyses, presentations, projects, class participation, and mid-term examinations. At the end of each trimester/semester, students take the End-Term Examination (ETE), which assesses their overall understanding and application of course concepts.

Controller of Examinations
Dr. P. Bhanumathi is the Controller of Examinations at M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management (MSRIM), Bengaluru, and an Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OB & HR). She holds a Ph.D. in Knowledge Management from the University of Mysore and brings over 22 years of teaching experience, supported by 14 years of research and academic leadership.
A UGC-NET-qualified academician, she has published extensively in reputed journals and presented her research at national and international conferences. Her areas of expertise include Knowledge Management, Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management, Strategic HRM, and Organizational Excellence.
Dr. Bhanumathi has received the Academic Excellence Award (2024), Women in Academia Excellence Award (2025), and Best Capstone Project Award (2023). As an academic professional and speaker, she actively promotes AI-enabled HR practices and excellence in management education and research.
