Vaibhava 2025 of Perceptions fest “Satava HR ”
1. Introduction
The HR Club of Ramaiah Institute of Management organized an interactive and knowledge-enriching event titled “Satava HR .” The activity aimed to strengthen students’ understanding of HR concepts through competitive quizzing and realistic HR simulations. The multi-round structure ensured a blend of strategic thinking, conceptual clarity, and experiential learning.
The event consisted of several rounds—Quiz Auction and Role Play Simulation—followed by advanced HR knowledge extensions integrated into the Quiz component.
2. ROUND 1: Quiz Auction (HR Knowledge Battle)
The event commenced with the highly energetic and competitive Quiz Auction Round, where teams were allotted virtual points and were required to strategically bid to answer questions. This round tested HR knowledge, quick decision-making, and auction strategy.
Rules of the Round
Each team began with 2000 virtual points.
Host announced each question along with a starting bid.
Teams bid for the right to answer.
Correct answer = Gain (bid amount + starting bid).
Wrong answer = Lose only the bid amount.
Participation and enthusiasm were also considered.
