A workshop is being organized for the HR specialization students tomorrow,Tuesday,13th January,2026, on "The Four Ports of Call...the Change Journey' , The concept is based on the 'Virginia Satir Model of Change' .
The workshop will delve into the practical inputs and discover the core principles, key stages, and essential skills for an effective change management process.
The resource person is Mr. Shyam Vasudevan, a seasoned OD consultant and former Director-Change Management, Capgemini.
