Jagadeesh Maiya an engineer at heart and qualification, is presently the Vice President and Head of Engineering for an American MNC Newfold Digital leading global software teams providing the web presence solutions that help world come online.
Prior to this, he was with Cisco for nearly two decades, worked both in US and Bengaluru, held many roles from engineer to Senior Director. He was known for his high energy leadership and people skills, transforming teams to become the center of excellence at global levels.
Jagadeesh always takes joy and upholds the spirit of giving back to communities through diverse engagements. He is a certified Yoga Instructor, founding member of Yogabharati USA, Amateur Yakshagana Artist, avid reader setting up read-to-lead club at workplaces and solo traveller paying tribute to India’s rich landscape of culture and heritage.
Jagadeesh actively donates, volunteers and speaks at various educational, environment and social cause organizations.
He served as President, Board of Trustees, Youth for Seva, a pan India NGO in the field of education and health. He is currently the President of Prakarsha Academy that trains other NGOs.
In spare time, he loves to understand Indian philosophy, especially Vedanta, Indian classical literature of the yore, history, physics and art experience.

Swathi Ram is a thought leader in the development sector, dedicated to nation-building and community-led development. Inspired early on by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and the Ramakrishna Mission, she took a step in 2011—leaving a corporate career with companies like Infosys and Megasoft—to commit herself full-time to serving society.
Swathi Ram is an Aritra Leader - selected amongst the first cohort of the Social Leadership Accelerator by IIMB, for the 100 top social leaders of India.

Grassroots Impact: She has travelled extensively across India, driving education, health, and capacity-building efforts in diverse terrains—from urban slums to rural, tribal, and border areas.
National Events: She spearheaded the ‘Kumbh Sewa Mitra’ initiative (Prayagraj Kumbh 2019), engaging volunteers from across the world.
Crisis Response: She has actively led and volunteered in relief operations during the Uttarakhand floods, Chennai floods, and Covid relief-rehabilitation efforts.
Policy Leadership: She served as a core member of the Civil 20 (C20) engagement group during India’s G20 Presidency (2023), organizing nationwide consultations to shape the policy pack on Sewa – Sense of Service, Philanthropy and Volunteerism.
Swathi is a sought-after speaker and has chaired panels on the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, the concept of Seva, development landscape of India, and CSR.
She has also volunteered and facilitated sessions in the US and Australia on Organization Development, Design Thinking for Youth, and Sustainable Volunteering.
Swathi brings rich organizational experience, having served as the National Coordinator of Youth for Seva, Global Director of Sewa International, and Vice-President of Socially Good. She is a Leadership Coach and Mentor, and currently serves on the Advisory Boards of various non-profits.
Her work focuses on awakening the infinite potential in youth to rebuild a glorious India.
