Ramaiah Institute of Management hosted a Faculty Development Program on “Next Gen Pedagogy in Management,” led by Dr. Prakash Singh, Professor at IIM Lucknow. This session brought fresh perspectives on evolving classroom strategies in business education.
Dr. Singh shared powerful insights on storytelling as a pedagogical tool, the role of case-based learning in sharpening analytical thinking, and how real-time scenario training can simulate dynamic business environments. The session also stressed interactive engagement to enhance student participation and critical thinking.
The FDP left MSRIM faculty inspired and better equipped to integrate modern, practice-oriented approaches in their teaching.
