The theme for ESPRIT 2025: VISHWAMAKHYA- Rooted in Depths, Rising to Fame is inspired by the Iceberg Concept and it emphasizes that the visible outcomes of leadership, strategy, and innovation - profits, breakthroughs, and growth - are mere glimpses of the deeper realms of intelligence, collaboration, and resilience that truly shape them.

With over 32 years of legacy, ESPRIT 2025 is not just a competition - it is s an odyssey that challenges participants to plunge into these hidden depths. Much like an iceberg shaped by unseen currents, the interconnected dynamics of stakeholders, market forces, and cultural influences become the foundation for transformative solutions. From solving business complexities to fostering meaningful connections, ESPRIT 2025 offers a platform where the unseen becomes the driving force behind enduring success.

With a glorious legacy spanning over two decades, ADHIVESHANA is not just an event—it is a celebration of talent, leadership, and learning. This year’s edition was held on 6th June 2025 at the Nitte University Campus, Bengaluru, and witnessed vibrant participation from B-Schools and technical institutions across Bengaluru and various parts of Karnataka.

It curated a series of exciting and intellectually stimulating events tailored to the core MBA specializations offered at the institute:

HR Event – Tested emotional intelligence, decision-making, and people management skills.

Marketing Event – Focused on creativity, branding, and strategic marketing campaigns.

Finance Event – Challenged participants with real-time financial problem-solving and investment strategies.

Supply Chain Event – Explored logistics, operations, and SCM innovation.

Best Manager Event – The ultimate test of leadership, resilience, and managerial acumen.

Business Quiz Event – A high-energy battle of business knowledge, current affairs, and industry trends.

The fest provided a unique platform for students to learn, compete, network, and showcase their managerial skills with confidence and zeal.

The energy, creativity, and professionalism displayed by the participants were truly commendable. It was a pleasure to see our students of MSRIM won the Third place in "The Ultimate HR"
