Ramaiah Institute of Management continues to strengthen its focus on experiential learning through industry collaboration.
As part of the Learning & Development course, PGDM 2025-27 (HR specialization) students recently completed an industry-integrated project in partnership with Toyota Industries Engine India. Over an intensive five-week period, students engaged with live organizational contexts through company interactions, mentor guidance, and applied research.
Moving beyond theory, the cohort worked on designing practical and innovative L&D content, reflecting real workplace needs and challenges.
