The XXIX Annual Convocation of MSRIM, held on 31 December 2025, marks a defining milestone in the journey of the PGDM Batch of 2023 - 25. It captures the ceremony in its entirety, from academic traditions and inspiring addresses to the proud moments shared by graduates, families, and faculty. We are immensely proud of our students for the dedication, resilience, and character they have shown over the last two years. As they step into the professional world, they carry with them not just a qualification, but the values and confidence to lead with purpose.
From building inclusive cafés to redefining the dignity of work for adults with disabilities, Alina Alam , CEO and Founder of MITTI Cafe, has shown what courageous compassion can achieve. Speaking at our convocation, she urged graduates to lead with heart and bravery, saying that compassion and courage are the two weapons strong enough to solve any problem in the world. A message that every young professional needs to hear today.
