Ramaiah Institute of Management Wishes Everyone a Happy World Bicycle Day!

Faculty and students of Ramaiah Institute of Management proudly participated in Pedaluru 2025, organised by Pedaluru, Bengaluru’s citizen-led cycling movement, in collaboration with the Fit India Movement under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India.
As part of this year’s event, held on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 6:00 AM, cyclists took part in the ‘Tiranga Rally’ to express their heartfelt gratitude towards our Armed Forces. It was a proud moment for our students to actively volunteer and contribute to the success of the event.
Starting from the Karnataka State Hockey Stadium in Shantinagar, over 500 cyclists rode a 9-kilometre loop through the heart of Bengaluru — celebrating fitness, sustainability, and community spirit. Each cyclist was given a national flag and a branded Fit India T-shirt, turning the morning streets into a sea of vibrant yellow and patriotic energy. Cycling is more than just a ride — its a movement.
