Nov - 13th ,2024 - Ramaiah Japan Centre warmly welcomed the esteemed “Japanese Delegates- The SME entrepreneurs representing diverse industries such as water purification, solar energy, and HR management The delegates visited the institution to explore opportunities in the Indian market and gain valuable insights into its dynamics.
A comprehensive overview of the Indian market was provided by our Director, Dean, faculty and highlighting key trends and opportunities. This collaborative exchange fostered meaningful discussions on global businessstrategies and cultural integration. The visit marks a significant step in strengthening ties between India and Japan through mutual learning and shared innovation.

Indian welcome, ice-breaking sessions, fun activities, cultural exchanges, and delicious food made the perfect, meaningful cultural exchange. Students immensely enjoyed being together and sharing thoughts.

15 Interns from Chuo University and 4 Kyoto University of Advanced University participated in the Japan Day,
Lots of Fun Filled activity
es, Team Building, Dance Music and Food were part of the meaningful Cultural Exchange program.
It was an excited time for the students to interact in Japanese. Understand the thought process, appreciating each other’s way . This shows the importance of Cross Culture .
The support received from the Management , Dean’s office ,Faculties, Admin and Hospitality made it truly special event.
KUAS internship Farewell – 29th Aug 2025
Ramaiah Institute of Management and Ramaiah Japan Center hosted an internship for 4 students from Kyoto University of Advanced Sciences during August 2025.
The Interns had the opportunity to work under an AI Tech company - Indus Vision.
The Interns explored Bangalore city, Start up ecosystem, Culture, Food and much more. Thanks to our RIM buddies to have supported them and being with them.

The students of Ramaiah Japan Centre has been always been very active participating in various activities related to Japan.

The Japanese Language learners at Ramaiah Japan centre volunteer to help the JLPT exams . The students have the opportunity of learning Japanese way of working, understand Time management, Process oriented mindset , giving importance to the details.
