Student Perceptions in Perceptions -2025 at MSRIM
Bengaluru, February 6, 2025 — Ramaiah Institute of Management (RIM) successfully concluded its flagship national-level management fest, Perceptions, held on the 4th and 5th of February 2025 at its campus in Bengaluru. This year’s edition, titled VAIBHAVA: Forging Futures with the Wisdom of the Past, drew participation from top undergraduate and postgraduate institutions across India.
Organized entirely by the student body, the two-day fest was a celebration of managerial excellence, cultural heritage, and youthful creativity. Perceptions 2025 featured a dynamic lineup of core management events including:
Complementing the academic rigor were vibrant cultural events such as solo and group dance, fashion walk, photography, and singing competitions. Sports enthusiasts competed in cricket, volleyball, BGMI, and an exciting treasure hunt.
With cash prizes totalling 2,00,000, Perceptions 2025 provided a platform for students to showcase their strategic thinking, leadership, and creative flair. The event also emphasized themes of sustainability, historical insight, and modern-day relevance in its event design and execution.
Participants from outside Bengaluru were provided with accommodation on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all.
Perceptions 2025 reaffirmed Ramaiah Institute of Management’s commitment to holistic, industry-oriented education, while empowering students to take charge and lead from the front.
The CholaOps event is the Operations Management competition held as part of Perceptions, the annual national-level management fest hosted by the Ramaiah Institute of Management (MSRIM) in Bengaluru, India.
Note: CholaOps is a core management event that tests participants' knowledge and skills in the field of operations management.
