The Institute's Centre for Leadership & Capacity Building is conducting a Faculty Development Program on Leadership Development for the Academic Leaders of GEF group of Institutions. This is the first of its kind being held at the Ramaiah Group, conducted at/by Ramaiah Institute of Management.
About the Program
This Leadership Development Program is designed to equip academic leaders-Deans, Heads of Departments, and Directors with the vision and tools required to navigate complex institutional dynamics. This program addresses the dual challenge of embracing artificial intelligence while maintaining a deeply human-centric, inclusive campus culture. By breaking down traditional departmental silos, participants will discover new pathways for personal branding, cross-functional synergy, and driving innovation across the entire Ramaiah ecosystem.
