We are pleased to announce the upcoming Industry-Integrated Learning & Development Project Presentations at the Ramaiah Institute of Management.
As part of the Learning & Development course for the PGDM 2025–27 batch, our HR specialization students have worked on industry-integrated projects in collaboration with Zivame and Amante (under the Reliance Group).
Over the past four weeks, students have engaged deeply with real-world challenges—through company visits, interactions with industry mentors, outlet-level immersion, and research. They have also designed innovative training and learning modules, reflecting the evolving landscape of L&D.
