Dr V.Padmaja (Head-Centre for Leadership & Institutional MDPs, Ramaiah Institute of Management) conducted a one-day corporate training program(Simulation) for Cairn Oil & Gas, Vedanta Limited, at their Suvali Plant, at Surat today, 24th April,2024.
The topic of the session was "Giving and Receiving Feedback". A total of 23 participants attended the session: 4 offline from the Suvali site plant, and 19 online from Rajasthan & Gurgaon plants.
