Registration
Students submit their updated profiles, CVs and academic details to the Placement Cell for compilation and distribution to prospective recruiters.
Pre-Placement Training
Comprehensive preparation including aptitude training, group discussion practice, mock interviews, resume workshops and soft skills development.
Company Visits & PPTs
Recruiters conduct Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) on campus, sharing insights about their organisation, roles available and selection criteria.
Selection Process
Written tests, case studies, group discussions and personal interviews conducted by the recruiting partner's HR and leadership teams.
Final Placement & Offer Letter
Selected students receive their offer letters. The placement cell continues supporting students till every student secures a placement.
Summer Internship
A compulsory real-world industry experience embedded in the PGDM curriculum.
Internship Programme Details
The Summer Internship Programme provides second semester PGDM students with hands-on industry experience. Students work on live projects under the mentorship of industry professionals, gaining practical exposure that complements classroom learning.
