ReThink is a platform designed to encourage intellectual discussions, promote interdisciplinary research, and strengthen the research culture within the institution. This initiative continues to create opportunities for faculty, staff, and students to engage in meaningful research conversations and knowledge sharing.Overview of the Research TalkThe session featured a compelling research talk by Dr. Anita R. Singh on \Publishing Impactful Business Case Studies.\The discussion revolved around the methodologies employed in business case writing, the importance of real-world research, and the process of transforming case studies into impactful publications.Dr. Singh highlighted two distinct approaches to business case writing:1. Fieldwork & Interviews-Based Cases %u2013 Developed through direct engagement with organizations, interviews, and primary data collection.2. Published Source-Based Cases %u2013 Constructed using secondary research, published reports, and publicly available information.
