While lean methodologies are widely recognized for driving efficiency, this research investigates how HR strategies can amplify these benefits.Methodology:A cross-sectional survey method was adopted, with 528 responses collected from IT professionals across various organizational levels and functions. The proposed conceptual framework was tested and validated using SPSS - Process Macro, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the findings.Participation and EngagementThe session witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students, all of whom actively engaged in discussions and Q&A sessions.
