Yoga classes are organized for five days of the week for students, faculty and staff as part of wellness initiatives. Practice of Yoga helps to lead a healthy lifestyle and help to develop a positive attitude and discover better potential. The main goal of students (girls) self-defense training is to strengthen their capacity to defend themselves against potential attacks.
