Dr. Triveni P. leads the Research Wing at the Ramaiah Institute of Management. With over two decades of experience, including three years in the corporate sector, she transitioned to academia, driven by her passion for teaching. Her innovative approaches to teaching finance have been widely appreciated. As the Research Head, Dr. Triveni has successfully organized national and international conferences, faculty development programs (FDPs), management development programs (MDPs), and research workshops. Her extensive research work and corporate collaborations earned her the prestigious role of Nodal Officer for the institute under the Government of Karnataka – IT & BT Department’s “Chetana Winter School Project.” In her role as the head of the Incubation Centre, Dr. Triveni actively supports students in pursuing entrepreneurial ventures. She has presented research papers at both national and international conferences and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. She is a certified Accredited Management Teacher by the All India Management Association (AIMA) and serves as a member of the Board of Governance at the institute. Dr. Triveni is also a certified Advanced NLP Master Practitioner, trainer, and Life Coach, as well as a Certified Pranic Healer. She has conducted training programs for corporates, entrepreneurs, and faculty members, focusing on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and its professional applications. An enthusiastic learner of ancient scriptures and the Vedas, Dr. Triveni skillfully integrates their teachings into various aspects of management education, enriching her classroom interactions. She has been recognized with several accolades, including: ● The Nation Builder Award (2017) by the All India Bhavasar Kshatriya Maha Samaj for her dedicated service as an educationist for over 20 years. ● The WeLEED Women Achiever’s Award (2018) for “Award of Excellence – Education” during the academic year 2017-18. Dr. Triveni is also a member of the Academy of International Business (AIB), Michigan State University.
