Anil is an Assistant Professor and Research Fellow at M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bengaluru, India. He has master’s degree in public policy from National Law School of India University Bengaluru, Post-Graduate Diploma in Data Science from IIIT-B, and Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University. He has engaged in the projects related to public health care systems, higher education policy, and governance. He has published in international peer-reviewed Scopus indexed journals. His current areas of interest are method driven public policy problems analysis using the ontological method, and data science techniques.
