He did his MBA from School of Management, SRM University, Chennai. Ph.D in Human Resource Management from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. His areas of Interest include Organization Behavior, Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Training & Development, Performance Management & Attitude & Personality development training. He has published papers in International refereed journals. He has organized Management development programmers, Faculty development programmes and workshops.
