Neena Bahadur has extensive work experience in human resources. She started her career at Tata Steel in 1997 as an HR Professional and held various roles within the company. These roles included Head Talent Acquisition, Head Performance Management, and Head HRBP Iron Making. Neena worked at Tata Steel until 2022, and then joined Tata BlueScope Steel as the Chief Human Resource Officer.
